Once your item has been delivered to you, you have up to 48 hours to report any issues. After 48 hours, the transaction will be automatically marked as completed.
Once the order is completed, the transaction is completed, we won’t be able to issue you a refund. You will have to contact the seller and organize the return yourself.
If the item does not arrive or turns out to be significantly different from the description or you suspect that it is a counterfeit, you can report an issue with the order.
We advise you to try to resolve the issue directly with the seller before involving Jamble. A simple and friendly conversation is often the best way to resolve the matter.
If you can’t come to an agreement with the buyer, you can ask for an investigation from Jamble. If we think you’re right, you will need to return to item to its seller to get a refund by their own means. Buyers are responsible for returning items.
⚠️ Make sure you keep a proof that you shipped the item back (e.g. USPS invoice, tracking number, etc.)
Once the seller receive the item, you will be issued a full refund.
Keep in mind you need to send back the item in the same condition you received it. Don’t wear it, or wash it.
If you are unable to return the item, reselling it is always an option
We may be able to help you, but we cannot offer refunds for buyers who change their minds.
