At Jamble, your safety, comfort, and enjoyment are our top priorities. In our quest to provide a user-friendly, respectful environment for all, we are continuously improving our platform, including our moderation tools. You can notably block other users to keep your Jamble experience free from unwanted interactions.
Here's how you can utilize this feature in three different ways:
Method 1: Blocking from a User Profile
Discover someone you’d prefer not to interact with? You can easily block them from their profile page:
- Navigate to the user's profile that you wish to block.
- Look for the three-dot icon on the upper right corner of the page. This is the 'More Options' button.
- Click on it, and you'll see a drop-down menu.
- Within this menu, select "Block." And you're done!
Method 2: Blocking from Direct Messages
Experiencing an unpleasant conversation? Block the user right from your DMs
- While in the chat window, locate the user's profile picture, typically found in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click on the image, which will lead you to the user's profile page.
- Follow steps 2-4 from Method 1 to complete the block.
Method 3: Blocking during Live Shows
If you encounter an unwelcome user while watching a Live, block them in real-time.
- Click on the name of the user you wish to block. This action will bring up their profile summary.
- In this summary view, look for the "Block" option and select it.
At Jamble, we strongly encourage our community to promptly report any inappropriate user behavior that contradicts our Community Guidelines. Your reports help us maintain a respectful and secure environment for all users.
