❗️ I found a bug

We hope to bring to our community the best experience possible and this means a smooth app. But occasionally things don't work quite as planned.

  • Before anything else, try to restart the app.
  • Check if you are connected to the internet, wifi works best.
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app,

To check, visit the App Store and search Jamble, this will allow you to verify if you need to update the app.

If any of this didn’t fix your problem, go to Your Profile > click on Settings > scroll down and select Share a problem. We will need you to give a precise description, so we can better understand what went wrong. Our team will then dispatch one of our engineers to fix your issue.

When facing a bug, we suggest you send us a screenshot or a screen recording of the issue, this will help us locate precisely the problem and fix it faster.
